About the Partners
Nancy Weeks is a founding partner of Avalon Consulting Group. Her passion for self-learning and her life-long commitment to enabling the learning and development of others, make her a superb organization consultant, teacher and coach. Given her extensive credentials and more than 30 years of “hands on” experience, Nancy is uniquely qualified to train and develop individuals, leaders and teams.
At the organization level, she is expert at assessing needs and then designing and delivering challenging and meaningful developmental experiences to a wide variety of audiences from executive leaders to new professionals. At the individual level, her passion and naturally collaborative style inspire and encourage others to “lean in” and reach for their personal best.
Nancy holds a BA from UMass, a Master’s in Education, a certificate in Advanced Human Resource Management and multiple certifications in training and development tools and processes.
Jacqueline Viau is a founding partner of Avalon Consulting Group. She possesses a powerful combination of deep leadership expertise and a strong, strategic focus on talent development. Jacqueline is an excellent role model, teacher and coach with over 30 years of “hands on” experience and the wisdom that comes only with that degree of professional tenure.
At the organization level, she is expert at helping leaders understand and plan for the talent development needs associated with their business strategies. At the individual level, Jacqueline’s skills at listening, building trust, inspiring and challenging appropriately help grow stronger leaders, managers and teams.
